Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your art print purchase from Rated Arts. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. Please read the following guidelines and procedures to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns:
The art print must be in the same condition as when you received it
You must provide the order number with your return request.
Return requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the art print.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at returns@ratedarts.com. When contacting us, please include your order number and provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with the appropriate return address based on your location and any necessary return instructions. Please note that returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your art print, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damages or issues, please contact us immediately at returns@ratedarts.com. We may request photographs of the art print and the packaging, especially if the packaging appears damaged. This will help us evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an art print, we recommend returning the item you have and placing a separate order for the new art print. This will ensure the fastest processing and delivery of your desired product.
European Union 7-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your art print order within 7 days for any reason and without justification. The art print must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@ratedarts.com
